Category scales

     These scales are used to calculate the Total Scale in the main worksheet.

     Each number indicates the lower cutoff for the corresponding grade.  The upper cutoff for a grade is equal to the lower cutoff for the grade above it.

Student sub-total scores

     You cannot change these scores.  They are displayed for reference only.

     You can toggle between displaying scores and grades by using the “Show scores/Show grades” item on the Sub-totals menu.

The Category Sub-totals

This window displays the category sub-total scores for each student.  The upper left corner tells you how many students are in the class and how many categories you have created.
